Babylove Nannies was created by Laverne Young and Hemena LaRonde whom both come from professional backgrounds in childcare. Combined our experience spans over 20years in this business. Our wealth of experience working closely with many private families and childcare providers meant that we saw how difficult and stressful it can be for either party to find the perfect placement. We found that there was a lack of support in most cases for the parents and the nannies post placement and so wanted to create a company which bridged this gap. 

We offer the maximum support we can through the process of finding the perfect candidate for your child(ren). We also offer post-placement support which is ongoing throughout the placement.
